Bootcamps have long been a very popular way to train with a group. What so often happens though is people plateau with their training. Here at the Obstacle Course Racing School, our bootcamps are designed to challenge all fitness levels and keep challenging you. Every session is different ensuring that you not only are pushed in the session at a safe level but also to keep your training interesting and fun.
Each bootcamp season runs for three months – summer, autumn, winter & spring.
