Personal Training (P.T) is a great way to get specific help with those weakness’ you might have and get extra attention and a personalised program for your needs and fitness goals.

Having 1:1 training will help you achieve your ambitions quicker and faster.

Personal training is either a 45 or 30 minute sessionĀ 

COSTS

A single session for 45 minutes is $65

30 minute session is $45
