Following the current Public Health Orders and clarification from the Office of Sport, we can confirm the following:
  • Under Clause 2.0 Clubs can open on October 11, under the classification of Indoor Recreation.
  • Under Clause 2.18 of the Public Health Order, Indoor Recreation facilities are closed to unvaccinated adults.

The Office of Sport has confirmed that over 16’s are the only age group that are required to be fully vaccinated in order to participate.

  • Clubs can open on October 11.
  • Anyone over 16 must be fully vaccinated to enter the facility – this includes staff.
  • Those under 16 are not required to be fully vaccinated to enter the facility.
  • Unvaccinated parents can still drop their children off at the gym. They just can not enter the facility.
  • Masks for those over 12 – Masks must be worn at all time, unless performing strenuous activity (ie. masks on at the beginning and end of class but may be removed while on the obstacles).
  • 1 person per 4sqm capacity – Due to limited seating capacity, we will not be allowing spectators in the facility until restrictions ease for all afternoon classes. Our Kindy Ninja, Mini Ninja and Additional Needs Ninja classes will be allowed one parent/guardian to attend provided they are double vaccinated and can show proof upon entry. Double vaccinated parents will be allowed to enter the office to ask questions and make payments. For those that have not been double vaccinated, you will need to communicate with us via phone and email until 1st December.
  • Contact tracing – You will be required to check in using the Service NSW QR code upon entry. Parents of those children that do not have a phone will be required to walk their child to the office door, check their child in using the QR code outside before their child can enter.
  • Proof of vaccination – All those over 16 years and older will be required to show proof of vaccination on their first visit back. From the 1st December we can welcome those who are unvaccinated.
  • Hygiene practices – Everyone will be required to sanitise their hands upon entry. DO NOT enter via the roller door. You MUST come through the office. Extra cleaning of the facility will also be undertaken by staff.
  • Groups no larger than 20 – Class numbers are reduced until 1st December.
  • Pickup and exit points – Please exit via the roller door. For those with younger children, please make sure you pick them up from our roller door. We ask children to wait inside the facility until a parent comes to collect.

If you have a current Term 4 booking and are not comfortable returning just yet, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be put in credit which can be used when you are ready to return. There is no expiry for these credits.
