At Obstacle Course Racing School we offer a large range of Fitness Classes to suit adults of all ages and abilities.  Our classes are deigned to challenge all fitness levels and prevent you from plateauing in your training.  Every session is different to ensure we keep your training interesting and fun whilst being pushed and motivated by our qualified trainers at a safe level!

45 minute functional workout using kettle bells, battle ropes, slam balls etc to burn fat and tone

45 minute strength workout using a mixture of weights and calisthenics (body weight) to build muscle

Low impact suspension training using only body weight to help tone and keep the body moving

Interval training consisting of 20 seconds of intense exercise and 10 seconds of rest to burn fat and tone

30 minute high intense workout to burn fat and tone
