At Obstacle Course Racing School we offer a large range of Fitness Sessions to suit adults of all ages and abilities. Our sessions are designed to challenge all fitness levels and prevent you from plateauing in your training. Every session is different to ensure we keep your training interesting and fun whilst being pushed and motivated by our qualified trainers at a safe level!
You can come in any time during our opening hours to do a session, whether is lasts 20 minutes or 2 hours. We also have our scheduled 30 minute Lunch Classes which are run at 12:15pm Mondays, Wednesday’s and Fridays. We have our designated adults training area upstairs and downstairs for you to utilise. Call your friends to schedule a session at the same time as them or come in and do your own workout. Come in once a day or 3 times a day. It is completely your choice!
Weekly sessions are written up for you to complete, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels! Or maybe you just want to come in and use the bike or treadmill. If you are after something catered more specifically to you, come and chat to Mick or Gemma about getting an affordable personalised program.
